Two day course during Term 1 holidays. Ride an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on flat terrain.NZQA Internal Assessment:
US 24554 Ride an ATV on flat terrain - 4 creditsUS 24557 DKO the safe operation of an ATV - 2 credits
US 24559 Ride an ATV on undulating Terrain - 6 credits
Prerequisites:
Student must be 16 years of age with at least a restricted drivers licence.Barista - Term 2 Holiday
Content:
Five day course during Term 2 holidays. Students will learn basic knowledge of coffee and will be able to prepare and present coffee.NZQA Internal Assessment:
US 17285 DKO commercial espresso coffee equipment and prepare beverages - 4 creditsUS 17287 Prepare and present pressed coffee for service - 2 credits
